How We Work

We believe the client comes first, and communication is the key. So we will be in contact with your throughout the whole project.

Planning

Projects always begin with a consultation (free of charge). The first step in designing a successful web site is to gather information. We chat either on the phone, email or face to face and I can get to know your business and what you would like to achieve with your website, any special functionality or features you would like, and the overall style and branding of your business.

We put together a proposal for you, once you have accepted the proposal you will receive an invoice for a 50% payment at this time.

This is a casual conversation to discuss how a website can best serve your business and so we can get to know you!

Design

Using the information gathered from the planning phase, it’s time to determine the look and feel of your website. We work on mockups with different variations.

Development

This is where the website itself is created. Generally the “home page” is created first. Followed by the “shell” for the interior pages. Once this is created, we will then require your content.

Going Live

Once the final payment is received, your website will be launch. Once your site has been launched, we offer an initial 30 days maintenance so we can iron out any bumps that may arise.

Throughout the whole process we will be in touch and communicating about your project. At this point, we test your website such as functionality of forms and other scripts, as well as any trouble shooting for last minute compatibility issues. We will also do some beta testing to the appropriate audience to gather feedback about your website.

Maintenance

On-going Web Maintenance is very important.

After your free 30 days maintenance, you can consider one of our maintenance packages that ensure security and affordable updates to your website.
